It's actually funny that I know the Director, he's a good friend of my uncle's and I know him from my uncle's birthdays. ( Yep, that's a... Oke... Moment right there ) Way he sees it as long as some people like the movie it doesn't really matter who doesn't, also he's making a Human Centipede 3 XD

I had a feeling it would come to the UK in the end, I probably won't watch it, the first one was nowhere near as shocking as it made itself sound, the sound of the plot is disturbing, the bad acting ruined it in my opinion. The scenes that were taken out sound a lot like A Serbian film.

Why was this made?

Seriously, why was this made?
I don't know but i'm incredibly dissapointed in humanity right now.

There's nothing about this movie that can be labeled as art, is just taking refuge in grossness.
It would be better if we all just ignored and leave the author to die.

Oh goodie, once this has come and passed, I get to watch this on the SyFy channel every night for three weeks(!)
Seriously, it happened with the first one and it'll happen with the second. The movies themselves don't actually bother me but they don't interest me either, if anything they're boring and remind me too much of a 14 year old's attempt at a shock story.
"A-And then, the mad doctor sewed the woman's mouth to the guy's butt!"
The more disturbing thing about it? There are probably people who enjoy this stuff a little too much. I don't really want to know what kind of people will turn up in the theaters aside from groups of teens there for novelty, of course.

Anyway, no, I probably won't be, mainly as I don't want to waste my money on something like this.
They really aired the first one on Scifi? Truly?

Doubt I would watch it, mostly because there's no possible way that the plot is going to be any decent with all that random gore/shock.

Meh. Still not as bad as watching Twilight.
They should recruit Edward Cullen et al for Human Centipede 3. It would bring a whole new meaning to their love triangle.

I didn't really believe that myself, so I went and checked it out. Sure enough it is on Syfy, although only in the UK I believe.

Just the trailer for the first movie made me want to puke. I'm not quite sure I understand the appeal of these types of movies...but hey to each their own, I suppose.

Oh, and I won't be seeing this one either. Not even the slightest interest.

"32 individual cuts to scenes of sexual and sexualised violence, sadistic violence and humiliation, and a child presented in an abusive and violent context. In this case, cuts included: a man masturbating with sandpaper around his penis; graphic sight of a man?s teeth being removed with a hammer; graphic sight of lips being stapled to naked buttocks; graphic sight of forced defecation into and around other people?s mouths; a man with barbed wire wrapped around his penis raping a woman; a newborn baby being killed; graphic sight of injury as staples are torn away from individuals? mouth and buttocks."
Quite honestly, if this is what they cut out of the film, I wouldn't feel the need to see it. If it was left in the film, at least it would be worth seeing for the spectacle. Shit, they even removed the part where the people are turned into the Human-fucking-Centipede. Why not just call the film "Happy Doctor Man and His Hilarious Day" if they just cut the entire goddamned film.

This is just like releasing a film about war and removing all of the scenes with weapons in them. What the fuck is the point?

Ok, I was going to say, I don't think they'd actually show it on television like that, at least in the US. I've read the summary of it and that was more than enough for me.

Fun fact, the girl that was stuck playing the ass of the centipede in the original is back in the second film. Except now, she negotiated herself to the head.

Truly. And not just once, constantly for a fortnight. In the UK at least.
See? [http://www.syfy.co.uk/shows/human-centipede-first-sequence] It's on this month too.

They only show b-rated horror movies in the US.

Oh it's the same here, just occasionally they get movies that have actually been in theaters, like Human Centipede 1 and the Dawn of the Dead remake.
