If you will read Rat Queens, I suggest to read SkullKickers as well.
Same style: 2 Mercenaries do quest for loot and women, they are loud and angry and a lot of gore and action. Good times.
Yep, I was gonna do that eventually, I bought Rat Queens right now mostly because of the sale but I will definitely check out SkullKickers in the not too distant future.
I'm also bookmarking this thread for future reference if I'm ever in the mood for some humorous fantasy.

I was thinking about this movie too.
However I don't remember if it have Fantasy elements as well. Does the movie have?

Sadly I will decline Brutal Legends. I looking more of Medieval Fantasy.

its basically a direct parody of prince of thieves by mel brooks. Take of that what you will. Theres no dragons but its medieval stuff though

This might be a bit of a stretch, but I'd like to nominate the world of The Malazan Book of the Fallen The series certainly isn't a comedy, and really quite bleak a lot of the time. However, there is some humor present, and it's some of the best I've read.

Humor like....in Adventure Time or more simple humor?
