We just get all the high pressure systems, so it is almost always ether cloudy or raining, mostly cloudy. Also cold, even in the spring, but it warms up a bit in the summer.
I don't know where you live but I've been getting nothing but extreme winds, rain, and excessive humidity for the past week or so. We actually had a lot of power outages because of the winds as well. Really... this weather just sucks.
