In the US and I don't know if it is still popular, but mixing Dr. Pepper, milk and some maple syrup together. It kinda tastes like a ice cream float.

Putting fries in a sandwich or burger is very common in the Pittsburgh, Pa. area.

I'm guilty to the ice-cream and french fries thing.

When I was younger, my favorite snack would be peanut butter and (uncooked) pepperoni sandwiches.

A Mother Cluckin' Burger. Here's how to make one. Drive to your nearest McDonalds and order a McDouble and a McChicken. Remove the bun from the McChicken and sandwich it in between the patties of the McDouble. And you know what? It's mother cluckin' delicious!
Or, order a McDouble and a McChicken. Split the McDouble in half so there is a patty on each bun. Now, put the entire McChicken between the two. One giant sandwich.

This thread stared because I'm currently eating ice cream with french fries. Yes, ice cream with french fries. It's tastier than it sounds, ok?

Anyway, share and discuss any weird, outlandish food combinations you've tried and loved/hated/been poisoned by.
Sure, I eat fries with ice-cream too. Thats what McDonald's is for right?
And yes I do mean dipping the fries. I recommend the creame egg special McFlurry to go with the fries.

People think I'm weird because I put supermarket brand Weetabix into a lot of my food. (It's a wheat based breakfast cereal for those who don't know). I use it to bulk out meals and thicken sauces. I don't see anything wrong with that. It's healthy, has plenty of fibre, it doesn't really have a taste so it won't spoil your food, an you can buy it for like 30p a box.

EDIT: I also eat raw mushrooms. My housemates think its creepy =/

Not really gross, but I recently tried octopus sushi.

OT: when I was a child, I would dip my chicken nuggets in my milkshakes.

I always put fries in my Big Mac.
i know it's quite common, but it reminded me of the OP's 'weird food' so i thought i'd mention it.

Just the other day I ate sashimi.

Snail sashimi.

I don't plan on doing that again.

I've eaten a spoon of coffee granules before. A little bitter, but not too bad.

Also, a "concoction" of... well, many things, including biscuit crumbs, bread, lemonade, chilli sauce, HP sauce, salsa sauce, cake, coke, and much, much more. I won that competition.

I once dipped gummi worms in ranch dressing. Ranch is good on anything!
I did that but with gummi-bears! Suprisingly good, though I felt like stopping a bit afterwards.

Fried maggots.

And I'd like to eat them again. They're really tasty, especially with a pinch of salt. Makes for a good snack.
