You know there is just as much sugar and acid in a glass of orange juice?
And coke will NOT eat through a nail or penny or whatever!

I would also say coke! I used to drink it CONSTANTLY. That is, about 2 or 3 liters a day.

But now I have about one bottle (591 mL) or two cans a day. The wife has me cutting back.

I actually did know that. However, it contains sugar, right? so it'll still discolour your teeth.

I try to limit my consumption to only a bottle in the middle of the week, and drink some more on the weekends.
