To be specific, I need a two or three minute comedic scene between two actors.
I actually don't watch a lot of comedy anymore so my pool's a little dry, I know that sounds like I'm dumping my homework on this website but the grade's for the exercise, not the scene itself.
Not to mention that it helps if I haven't heard of the scene, acting's about interpretation, not imitation.
Anyway.
So what would be a fun scene to do?

Sorry, two male actors, I should have specified.

If it's a man and a woman, and you were willing to pare it down to the appropriate length, Sure Thing by Bill Ives is a fun one-act.

The drop off scene from The Big Lebowski would be good, I think.

Or maybe a sketch from the show Mitchell & Webb Look(I'd go with the cheese argument)

Strange, I was going to suggest the conversation between Darryl Zero and Arlo from The Zero Effect, the scene in the motel room where they're going over the crime scene, but I just posted a clip from Catch-22 in another thread, which I think would fit your requirements perfectly.

It's almost exactly two minutes long, and besides, Catch-22 is a classic. Granted, Joseph Heller made his own play (I think it was called We Bombed in New Haven), but this is better:

If you can figure out how to Google it properly, I recommend the arrival to the hotel scene in Breast Men.

The Shoe Shop Mr Dalliard sketch from Fry and Laurie would be my recommendation.
