Thanks to this thread I'm now going to have to dig my PS2 out and play TS2 again. Maybe I'll finally be able to beat the level in the nightclub with the freaky hand-people.

Its damn hard! I can only scrap bronze and im good at TS :|

I got a PLATINUM on it. Go me. =D =D =D

Though, on my GameCube file, I've pretty much unlocked everything except the Site level. =P

I've also got all gold medals on Future Perfect. ^_^

I spent WAY to long trying to do that challenge, then one day i picked it up and got platinum first try. It was a good day.

I found that there was hallway with only one entrance and the only double tommy gun on the level. Just had to sit at the end at that and keep firing at the doorway.

The greatest crime here is the taking down of Free Radical Design's website. R107's mail day was brilliant.

That and the decision not to support TS on the 360

I only played Timesplitters 3, but it's by far my favourite console shooter for various reasons, and was a pretty big deal back when it was new.

I want that Master-Chief Monkey we saw in the old trailer to be in it too!

I don't necessarily even need a ts4. I just want a game like it, a game with a sense of humor, allowing to take a look at it's entire genre and poke fun at it. I mean, 150 playable characters ranging from calamari, to giant robots, then mixing the two with robofish.

and what better way to balance game issues now then adding monkeys to fix it. Monkey assist mode ftw.

I have so many damn good memories from that series... The campaigns were fun, offline multiplayer was actually superb and the map editor simply amazing.

Seeing the Mexican map brought back a flood of emotions.

Since FR was bought out by Crytek, they'll most likely be using the Cryengine3 for building the game, which if you didn't know is built to be cross platform. Which means that TS is coming to PC on an efficient engine.
I approve of this. It kind of sucks that lucas arts took away the rights to the SW license they gave Free Radical for Battlefront III.
