But this is escapist, witty irony is always welcomed. Damn it know I wish this post would get me some captcha. The one time I actually want the bloody thing.

I got Sonic Screwdriver once. I will now forgive Captchas anything.

Captcha: String Cheese.

. . . alright, that one wasn't great.

Ah, yes. The vicious cycle. By making your own thread, people are going to post comments, and about 1/6-ish of those people.. are going to get capchas, and if they're at all ironic or concidental, they'll post them, because, really, they know you're just worsening the situation.

The vicious cycle of capchas. I'd feel sorry for you, but I can't help but laugh.

Seriously OP, it's not a big deal. It's just a line of text that some people could find ironic or funny given the situation. It's not hard to just ignore it and scroll past a post like that.

Its really not a big enough deal to justify this thread... But I'm posting on this thread anyway cause I'm cool like that...

Captcha: Die Hard
I... I really wish I could think of something intelligent to add...

Oh hey Buzz Killington, didn't see you come in!
I WAS NEVER HERE.

Now that I've got you, though, let's revisit the birth of the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company.
Oh, yes, lets!

I have always thought that "Trial by Jury" was the weakest of G&S productions, but it was the first so much can be forgiven.

And I know it's horribly crass and obvious, but I still have a fondness for "The Pirates of Penzance".

I don't care about your thread, and I don't care about it so much I'm going to go to the trouble of writing out this post and posting it here just to show you how much I don't care. Also, no captcha, whaddya know?
Pfft, that's stupid. If you don't care why are you even -

Oh.
Oh man, this thread has just made me laugh so much. Thank you, OP. Thank you very much.

To actually contribute to the "discussion" this thread brings, I only post my Captcha if it seems to be directly related to whatever topic I'm posting in.

I totally agree with this OP. No sarcasm.

I have yet to see a single Captcha that was actually funny. Here is how it usually goes.

Escapist: I disagree with this post because I disliked that movie.
CAPTCHA: orange juice
LOL so random!!!!

Me: ...

Sometimes the Captcha is slightly, tangentially related to the post. Who the fuck cares. That's like stopping a conversation to say "lol! I saw that word written down on a piece of paper earlier today! Can you believe that?

And to all you guys who say "bleeeh is this so important that you need to complain?"
That makes no sense. Posting on the Internet about something that annoys you is not over reacting. I could understand if we were torching people. The streets over it.
ALSO, the people who post the random words assembled by a random word assembler in every second post are criticising others for posting unnecessary things? That's irony.

I enjoy the post-analyzing ones, or at least the ones that seem that way. The ad ones get to be a nuisance, but I don't really mind reading them. And I'd post a captcha if I didn't have pub club on.

I like this guy.
But seriously, let's clear up a few things:
- 'Why do think this is so important?'
This wasn't a public service announcement. It might've looked like one and that confused you, and for that I'm sorry, but it wasnt one. I was just seeing if anyone agreed with my opinion (or disagreed). Is that okay with you?
- 'Why are making such a big deal out of it?'
Oh right, I forgot. You're an angel. You don't have those humanly flaws such as being annoyed by petty things sometimes. I apologize, please don't take away my place in eternal salvation. Oh, and tell baby Jesus I'm sorry I made him cry from all those times I masturbated.
(None of that was directed at you, person I'm quoting, just to clarify)
