I feel old.

After I turned 25 all I saw was the creeping of 30 coming at me fast like a speeding rocket. It truely depresses me. Seriously. It feels like there is just no time left.

You feel old? At work yesterday I referenced Boy George and the Culture Club, and the 20-year-old girl who sits next to me had NO CLUE as to what I was talking about. And I couldn't even think of a modern alternative to compare.

Damn kids need to get off my lawn.

I think she is just a moron that doesn't make you too old. People should get to know about things that happened at least in the last 3 decades culturally(if not a lot more).

Last year there was a news article about a kid who was given a walkman for a week. He didn't even know what it was or what it did or how to use it. And that nobody in his school knew either. I was a sad panda. A sad, old panda

Hey, I would be sad too. I'm only 13 but I remember the iPods of yesteryear's generation.

I thought that you made an interesting thread but I am dumbfounded to hear you say such things. I was already in high school when the Ipod was first released.

From what my mom told me, you are considered be be aging when someone calls you ma'am. Personally, I think that people just call women that out of respect, unless you are obviously really young, in which case they call you Miss. But I haven't stopped thinking about what she said. I got called Ma'am last week. I also have arthritis in my knees. I'm 19.

I felt it when I watched the last of my friends get married.

Felt it when the girl I loved ten years ago called me out of the blue. We had a nice time and we got really close, face to face, to kiss. There was this pause where we looked into each others eyes and startled giggling, we had both noticed the age on our faces and it hit us both at once.
