I found a lump...

Several actually. A few on my neck and last night I found one on one of my testicles. They are all fairly hard and round and maybe half the size of a grape. When I approach my father with this he either tells me that I don't have cancer or that if it is cancer we can't afford to have work done. We have no medical insurrance and no real money, because he went and lost his job the useless fuck.
I need help guys (and ladies) , does this sound like cancer, and if it is what should/can I do?

Really, if you think it's something serious, it's always best to consult your doctor. Maybe try doing some research online beforehand if you want to be absolutely sure, but if it's a cause for alarm, get yourself to a doctor.

Feel where your neck connects to the back of your jaw, if that particular spot is tender you've probably caught some virus.
I'd still go to the doctor regardless, best to be safe.

Lynphatic nodes: your glands either side of your throat, your armpits and groin. I think theres another place too. If they're swollen you'd kinda notice.

Cancerous lumps usually aren't symmetrical, at least from what I've been told. If you can it's always best to check with a doctor anyways, if not then try not to stress about it.
