Get yo ass to hospital! If you wait too long with neck lumps they can grow and suffocate you and I speak from experience!

EDIT: I'd also like to add, what kind of macabre health care system lets their patients die of agonizing, crippling diseases just because they can't afford treatment. I am so glad I live in a country where the NHS can give me my chepotherapy for free

The lumps are swollen lymph nodes.(Although I get the feeling that has been established already)
Could be anything from common cold to cancer. I've had neck lumps twice. First time was an ear infection or something and the other time some sort of infection by scratching a mosquito bite on my face.
Either way, you're supposed to be going to the doctor. :p

Any country with a developed economy that doesn't have free health care can not claim to be civilised.

OT: Really go to a doctor, and write to anyone of any importance local politicians/community leaders/affluent business people in the public eye and highlight the dilemma you are in and the economic problems you are facing.

Go to a doctor, NOW. And just in case you missed the caps......NOW.

Seriously, I've been down the cancer route (still on bi-yearly full body checkups) and you really really have to deal with these things quickly.

I had another thought:

TO THE WINDOW! TO THE WALLS! TIL THE TUMOR EATS YO' BALLS!
BAWLS!

OT: Could just be a bug bite. Even if you can't afford a doctor visit, go anyway. Most hospitals have a form you can fill out that either gets you out of paying, or sets you up on a payment plan and greatly reduces the cost of the visit. My friend had to do that a few times when she wasn't making enough money to cover her doctor visits.

You're 20. You almost certainly do not have cancer.

Find a free/cheap clinic and have a basic check-up done: poking and prodding, no fancy MRI business or anything. They'll probably tell you you've got a lymphatic infection, like some other posters have mentioned.

Ask what you need to do to make it go away & stay away. Chances are, "eat healthy, get 8 hours of sleep a night, and exercise regularly" will do the trick.
A friend of mine had marrow cancer in his leg when he was 14. Thankfully it was diagnosed early enough that it was operable, and he lived, but he'll never be able to run again.

Age has nothing to do with the ability to contract cancer.
I'm 15 and I've had Lympth node cancer for the last year. Like AjimboB said, It does get more likely as you get older but its still possible. I've seen two-year-olds with cancer.

Lol, Op is fine. The lump is not on my scrote btw, it's a few centimetes bellow my right testicle, atached to or growing out of the cord that holds it there [I don't know what it's called] I'll seriously go to Canada if you think they'd help me.

I know kids get cancer. I feel for Hookman, and I have no reason to doubt him or anyone else who knows a young person fighting it. But for the last time, the plural of anecdote is not data.

The point is not that young people are immune to cancer. The point is that in young people, it's orders of magnitude less likely than other explanations, and should be diagnosed by a medical professional, not assumed to be the cause right off the bat.

OT: Glad to hear you're still OK, but I still recommend getting yourself looked at. Chances are a 30-minute examination could take a hell of a load off your mind. If you're unlucky, hey at least you caught it right?

Several actually. A few on my neck and last night I found one on one of my testicles. They are all fairly hard and round and maybe half the size of a grape. When I approach my father with this he either tells me that I don't have cancer or that if it is cancer we can't afford to have work done. We have no medical insurrance and no real money, because he went and lost his job the useless fuck.
I need help guys (and ladies) , does this sound like cancer, and if it is what should/can I do?
[sorry for the typos, I'm a bit irrational at the moment.]
Sounds like lymph nodes to me.

That's what worries me though. I found an article on testicular cancer and it said this:

"The cells can also spread to the lymph nodes in the centre of your chest, between the lungs. This could cause a cough, difficulty in breathing or swallowing, and a swelling in your chest. If testicular cancer has spread, there may be lumps in other parts of the body. Around the collarbone, or in the neck for example. These lumps are affected lymph glands."

While there is any number of causes for swollen lymph nodes I can definitely see why you're worried. I think you should definitely get a check-up, I don't know how much that costs since I live in Canada but I can't imagine it costing too much. If it does turn out that you have cancer, and your family can't pay for it, you should seriously consider getting treated in Canada. I'm not even kidding about that, Canada's your best bet if you can't afford treatment.

That's something I'm seriously considering. Just to give you an idea, my father was making $2,000-$3,000 a week and he couldn't afford to help my mother when she had cancer, even with his outstanding medical insurance. America seems keen to let it's people die. *shrug*
But would I have to be a Canadian resident to get help there? I don't want to move away from all that I know, my family and friends etc.

I'm actually not incredibly sure, I know that in Ontario (the province in which I live) if you're applying for a permanent citizenship then you have to wait 3 months to be covered. I'm not sure what the laws are in other provinces and what the laws are for visitors and whatnot :/
