Meh, It happened so fast, and I don't want to get in trouble myself. Plus I really don't know the kid. I rarely talk to him. I thought he just drew on me, then I looked and it was too late to punch in the mouth.

So today was the last day of school before winter break. It was also a half day, so we get out of school like 12:45. The day was going great until the last period. This little prick name Jesse came up and stabbed me a bunch of times with a pencil. What I did to provoke this, I really dont know. But of course he says I was making fun of him.

We were talking about our names in class, since there was like 5 minutes left, and how our names can be said different. We were all joking around making fun of each other, and laughing at our selves. For example my name is Bruce and some of the girls would call me Briana. But then Jesse comes along and listens in. And I say, Jesse sounds like Jessica, he of course to MILD offense to this and stabbed me 4 or 5 times with the pencil he was carrying. Either he can't take a joke or I have a terrible sense of humor. It happened in a split second, I stood and watched as he stabbed me. I did nothing but watch. At first I thought he just drew on me, But then it started to bleed. And the teacher saw. So he went to the principle's office. I was supposed to go to the nurse, but I sneaked out the other side of the school.

So another thing I want to ask is, was it my fault saying something about is name, or does he have a problem of some sort? Personally, this is why our world sucks, because no one can take a little joke.

I have a similar story. Ten years ago the guy who was supposed to be my best friend told this girl who was in the middle of antagonizing me to stab me with her extremely well-sharpened pencil.

You can guess what happened after that.

I normally don't condone hitting women (or hitting anyone for that matter), but in retrospect I should've smacked her upside the head and rendered her unconscious, or at least semi-conscious. Not for revenge, mind you, but to ensure she wasn't a danger to me anymore in that situation. But no, instead, I just stood there trying to comprehend the fact that people hated me so much that they were willing to stab me with things with no provocation. That, and at the time I actually believed the politically correct crap that people told us about how hitting girls is a lot worse than hitting guys.

Well ,you were right not to, I suppose. It's not worth getting in trouble when you could probably just talk to him about the situation. Tell him not to do it again and explain that doing so may have adverse effects.
