Hmmm at OP, have you seen any of the alien movies? ;)

OT: I get the muscle under my eye above my cheek twitch. Alot. Quite fast.

Psriocis :D

A chornic, hideous, painful skin diease that comes packed arthiritis absloutley free! :D

It's genetic, but no one in my immediate family or distant relatives has it, I'm the only one.

Also my right knee is messed up and can never be at ease, which makes me walk like Greg House at times.

And I got some paper stuck in my left ear, but I'm to embarrased to go doctors. I put it in there for a gig because I lost my ear plugs, turns out I put it in abit to far.

My friend has this thing with his foot where every once in a while it cramps up severly and as he puts it "feels like his foot is giving birth". It's kind of scary to watch. Luckily it's never happened at school.

I, on the other hand, sometimes get dizzy when I first get up in the morning and my vision goes blurry for like 5 seconds. Also, sometimes it feels like I'm not getting enough air when I yawn, like the yawn is stopping just short of the full breath. It's weird.

Yeah, it's my heart. But it's beating weird. It acts totally fine, then suddenly it beats two times or so a bit harder. It feels like someone is lightly hitting my chest, which is really annoying. I think it is somewhat normal, since I think I remember it happening once before. I just hope it stops this time as well. Does anyone have this?

In addition to that I got this annoying twitch in my lip, and my leg is acting up. Got a nerve damage when I broke my back, which makes my leg partially numb on the surface. So now I itch on my thigh, but scratching doesn't help since I cannot feel anything there -_-

Anyone else got something annoying with your body going on? A old injury acting up? Your spleen tries to jump through your mouth? Vent about it here!
I've had that before, They are called heart palpitations and there fairly common, You'll grow out of them. Research them from a doctor's prospective.

Sounds to me like your having heart palpitations. You definitely want to see a doctor about that.

OT: Occasionally muscles on my chest will catch on my ribs. It's probably the sharpest pain I've ever felt. Although it hurts pretty badly, the worst part is that it is sudden and usually startles me. Thankfully it usually doesn't last long.

Everything hurts, always.
Like a constant, "This is your body when it's being beaten with a hammer" sort of pain.
I'd get that checked out, it's probably mental, but still go see a doctor.

Some of my various facial muscles twitch for a long time sometimes. Also, sometimes, my hands vibrate, or even shake uncontrollably. Never have had that wierd heartbeat thing, though. It could be a problem with your pacemaker. If it keeps up, I'd see a doctor.

By the way, a pacemaker (the natural one, not the surgical implant) is a cluster of cells in the heart that send electrical impulses through it, stimulating the valves to contract. It's what keeps the heartbeat in check. Some heart attacks are caused by the pacemaker firng off-sync, or sometimes not firing at all. Just in case you didn't know.

Sometime when I fold my leg when I kneel the knee joint will lock up and it is painful to straighten my leg back again.

I have no fingerprints on my right hand due to eczema. I'd go on a crime spree but without fingerprints it's hard to grip stuff with that hand.
shit, I didn't think that fingerprints would have such a big difference on grabbing things
I didn't either. Until I didn't have them. And I'm right-handed so it's very frustrating trying to write with a smooth sided pen or use chopsticks.

According to my doctor, my bones are growing slightly faster then my muscles, which result in the occasional extreme amounts of pain as my muscle if being stretched. Luckily those don't happen too often and they are short.

This doesn't hurt but I also grind my teeth really bad at night. So bad that if I didn't wear the retainer I have while I sleep, I wouldn't have teeth by the time I'm 21 (I'm 16 right now).

The title sounds like a Mr. Burns quote.

I tend to get old man pains in my left shoulder and wrist.
