How so? Maybe the spam bot's just gay.

I hate the ones with the "Acai Berry Trial" as if they assume everyone on the internet are fat, intoxicated idiots with nothing better to do except click spam.

I haven't really recieved a message or email like this, I don't open spam, but this one has everything that annoys me in it.
[1] Fake, crappy, generic name.
[2] Misleading subject and crap attention seeking
[3] Attention-grabbing with fake internets
[4] Extremely obvious grab at your money
[5] Will they now...?
[6] Brain-staringly fake website name to trick you
[7] IT'S THE LATEST TREND TO HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN, GET IN NOW
[8] Peer pressure...

My Windows Live account receives quite a large number of spam. First it started with messages asking if I would like to enlarge my penis by 3 inches (all written in 1337 as well) then it moved onto asking if I wanted weight loss pills. Then I was receiving both of them. Soon I was being asked if I want free meds from Canada (guess what, it was in 1337 as well). I didn't check my mail for 2-4 weeks and I had a lot of spam asking if I wanted cheap Rolex watches.

My unnofficial email inbox gets theses messages almost every week. What's funny is that most are coming from "women".

I only get phone calls. Otherwise, nah, I rarely get spam. Of course I've encountered it, but it's not often.

And yes, i have a spam mail issue. Though i tend to read them when i'm feeling down. Some of them are downright hilarious.

I'll admit, it's not that big an issue, but when you get them as often as I do, it does start to piss you off. I didn't use my account for one month and when I logged in I had five.

Wow, I didn't use mine for five months and had nothing. Maybe it's an issue you could take up with the tech staff if they seem to be specifically targetting you?

The other thing to consider is, it shouldn't be happening at all. Any spam bot is bad for the system and would slow the servers down, so it would be in the Escapists best interest to have them removed.
