I've addressed this in the Relationship Problem thread, not because I think you have a problem that needs fixing, but because this issue will be of relevance to many regular readers of that thread, and it's something I've never really touched on in depth there.

That was actually a very good read. and highly insightful. It does work both ways. I will say that. Girls can be the same way. Just as shy as guys. Thanks :)

Yes, I agree. Girls can often be even shyer. The absolutely shyest people I've ever met have all been female. However, being a shy female doesn't carry the same social stigma as being a shy male. Men are expected to be the ones to step forward. It's similar but different.
