I've been into SOAD, but maybe this is an opportunity to see what the fuss is about?

OT: Two things.

1. I was invited to the birthday party of my female friend on Thursday. It was a fucking blast.

2. There's a possibility this summer for me to attend the Berkeley School of Music 5 week summer program. (which means I get to go across the country, play music for hours a day, and make a shit-ton of friends)

I'm pretty much jizzing my pants over that...

I guess they finally realized that their parts are in no way greater than the whole.

I've seen them a couple times and they were really good. I saw them in 1999 and 2001 when they were touring for their first two albums. I thought they put on an awesome show, but that was ten years ago, so who knows. Also, I just realized I'm old. I was already out of high school when I saw them.

To answer your question, a friend of mine wants to go to a Korean BBQ for his birthday. So, I am excited for delicious food.

Hmm, that a certain problem of mine will be fixed very soon. It's always a relief to me when a problem that's pout of my control decides to fix itself.

Other then that, I saved 15% on my car insurance by switching to Gieco. xD

Odd, I saved about 30% on my car insurance by switching away from Geico.

Best piece of news I got recently was reading that my local drug store picked up a shipment of special edition PS3's and put them on sale for cheap. Assuming I get them tomorrow, my mom is going to buy it back from me and give it to my sister and I as a Christmas gift.

I will finally own a current gen system!

A couple of years too late for me to care, unfortunately. I had a major SOAD phase about 5 years ago but it petered out completely by the end of aught-eight. If they make a stop in Detroit or Toronto, I'll be there, but if not I won't care.
