I... I don't even dare clicking play. I just stare at the picture and the little I understand from the title and am completely destroyed.

This is nothing better than the scary thread!
I know! My friend sent that video to me and then she just kept apologising after she realised I cried real tears over the video. And am crying again. It's just devastating. :(
I would hope she did! Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't videos of dead cats a violation of the Geneva convention?
There should be a help group just for that kind of emotional trauma!
I don't know if it's a violation or not but it should be! I think I'm gonna need to find a help group after seeing that video... And in some sort of masochistic way I can't stop watching it over and over and crying more than allowed by law.

This makes me cry so hard... Every time :| But that just may be because I love cats A LOT. I also like Evanescense sometimes.
wow the first 5 seconds of that made me cry
Glad to know I'm not the only one. And I'm sorry for the trauma I've cost you but I couldn't bear to be the only one crying over that video...

Read through the TVTropes Tearjerkers pages. If you don't sniffle at least a little bit, you are a heartless, evil rock. It's actually quite cathartic.

This is a video my friend Hugh put together. A huge fan and friend of his named Jennifer, whose family I've gotten quite close to as of late, died of cancer the day he opened a new show 2 years ago. She was 29. He still has the blanket she knitted for him in his dressing room at Phantom of the Opera to this day.

Set to a song he recorded called "You Can Fly Now". Gets me every time.

i don't know what it is, but i find 'depressing' music more uplifting than depressing, maybe it's because i'm already depressed.. i dunno.. these are some of my go-to bands when i feel down..

After you watch the first 49 episodes, this will make you cry.
I'm 99% sure of it.
I didn't think anyone would post this, but I'm glad to see two people did. This moment just kills me, I start crying just thinking about it. I still remember watching the raw the day it was released and just sobbing my eyes out for ages after.

My addition to the list:
Not to spoil anything, but the end of Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core is so sad! Though I wonder if that moment can even be seen as a spoiler anymore...

That'll be a link to something beautiful right there. Just a song, Samson by Regina spektor. Means more to me than almost anything in the world and has moved me to tears in the street where I've walked past sad and terrible things without caring. Maybe it won't have the same impact on you, probably won't, but just in case, there it is.

Well; I can't actually post it but it's available on Hulu I think.
A movie called Hatchi
I'm not a dog person but I cried my freaking eyes out. (Whenever my wife wasn't looking of course)
