Not bad at all, not particularly funny, but who doesn't want to watch porn stars play D&D? It's mixing two really good things- like cheesecake and bacon.

Watching people play D&D is right up there with watching people play Bocce ball in the list of most boring things a human being can do with their time. The naked appeal(no pun intended) to lust is almost offensive. It's never an unwise move to try and capitalize off the nerd libido, but man, there isn't a more entertaining option out there?

These comments are a perfect storm of ignorance and prejudice.

Half the people here wouldn't be happy if the video featured Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson coming down from heaven with the Game of Games on two stone tablets - because its Dnd, and that's "boring".

The other half wouldn't be happy if the video featured Sasha Grey and friends healing the sick and negotiating peace in the Middle East - because they're in porn and therefore fair game for snide comments that assuage sexual frustration.

Dude, your comment should ve been my comment. . .

Welcome to The Escapist ;) Don't sweat the nay-sayers, not everything is for everyone. I think you're all on to something here & this could really take off if you do it right.

Wow. You really put a lot of thought into that. Good for you.

Not to be overly rude, but I think the internet adage "Tits or GTFO" applies.

So porn stars and strippers play D&D... poorly... Are we supposed to get our jollies off on this? The fact that they're playing is great, the fact that this is a featured video is somewhat insulting and makes me feel... used...

/shrug, maybe I just don't get it.

Gee, now isn't that a mature and liberal advise. How about going in the opposite direction and "fuck 'em if they like it!"?
Yeah, that sounds good. Makes me feel way more reasonable....
You spelled "Advice" wrong.

Kinda reminds me of the Pajama party thing they had on Roosterteeth via Youtube. They haven't done those in a while but this might be a good replacement.

I'm not very impressed with this to be honest, I prefer Sasha Grey in her other films =D, not sure if thats really her either...

To my fav pornsite with all haste to compare vids!

In all seriousness that was rather (extreamly) boreing.

Coming from a similar adult entertainment background (behind the camera, that is) I find it really amusing that people are shocked, SHOCKED! That adult film actors are (GASP) real people that do real things.

See all you D&D geeks? Hot women play too. There's hope for you after all ;)
People playing D&D already know that actually, it's only the public who has the misconception that only nerds living in the basement of their parents at 30 play it.

And most people on this site are gamers, not the general public.
Ok you obviously read my post but are apparently having trouble comprehending it.

Let me help you. This is what's called an "emoticon" ;) generally used to show emotions to a text statement made on a forum or in a chat. This particular "emoticon" is meant to convey a "tongue in cheek" attitude to show that you shouldn't take what was said too seriously, which you obviously did.

In case you're still confused: "Tongue In Cheek: (adj.) Meant or expressed ironically or facetiously.

And if you're still having trouble: Sarcasm Sar-Casum (n) 1. A cutting, often ironic remark
2. A form of wit that is marked by the use of sarcastic language and is intended to make its victim the butt of contempt or ridicule.
3. The use of sarcasm.

Late Latin sarcasmus, from Greek sarkasmos, from sarkazein, to bite the lips in rage.

If I can be of any further assistance you have but to make another asinine comment.

Oh wait, are you going to need help with "Asinine" too?

Rather boring in my opinion, both porn and DnD make me feel a little bit dirty as it is...

Suppose I get a pilot episode of my newest show on the front page of The Escapist. It's a group of veterans from the first gulf war playing foursquare. The camera is shaky, the scenes are all poorly lit, every last bit of dialog is insipid and unfunny. Furthermore, nobody can relate to it, aside from the fact that back in the day, maybe they used to play foursquare. It's impossible to enjoy in even an ironic fashion, because there's no substance to pretend to enjoy in a hipster-esque act of self-parody.

It gets widely panned in the comments section. By your logic, the reasons for this are as follows:

A) Half of the viewers are liberal, communist, anti-American pinko queers that weren't macho enough to get into the military, and so they are bitter and resentful towards the heroes engaging in the noble sport of foursquare.

B) The other half of the viewers just straight-up hate foursquare, because they're bad at it. It wouldn't matter if it was played with laser fences dividing the four squares and a hamster-ball full of nitroglycerin instead of a rubber bouncy-ball, it's foursquare, and that's "boring". It doesn't matter that there's really no way to make watching people play foursquare interesting, it's their fault for not liking the premise I picked out.

However, reality dictates that nobody liked it because the cinematography was shit, the premise was crap, it was unengaging, and the "stars" of the film were clearly just an overt ploy to get the Call of Duty fanboys to rush in and drool over those lucky enough to have held an M-16 in real life. In spite of this, I refuse to accept the fact that nobody can see me for the apparent genius and mastermind that I am, and make a sockpuppet account to defend my ill-conceived creation in the comments section.

wow, did not expect to see porn(stars) on The Escapist. I am a fan of pornography but not Dungeon and Dragons. To me this is like watching Slayer filling out their tax returns. I'm like "wow, Kerry King is having a relaxed chat", but I'm also like "wow, this is some boring ass shit".

Thanks everyone for watching!
Weather you love it or it's just not your thing, we really appreciate you all watching our show. It's really fun for us to share these moments with you. There's an Interview that posted on http://io9.com today that explains the series better.
Thanks again,
Satine
I don't know about everyone else but I had fun. The part when you were listing what films you'd been in was pretty funny.

I'm not gonna say who but one person in your group wasn't having much fun.
