Im not asking for some cinematic reinactment of every major and minor move or some type of UI that shows the peoples stats and health (come to think of it, it wouldnt be that bad) but some BASIC maintainence of the surroundings would be nice.

Not quite. The premise of the show is not just DnD with any old pornstars and strippers, it's a record of a -real- group's game somewhere. My objection is that you're asking the group to change their game in order to make the record more pleasing for you to look at. If they did that, it wouldn't be a record anymore. So the whole point of the show--that there's some actual porn stars and strippers who play DnD and this is how they do it, would be lost if they started changing how they play just for the show.
