Frankie is really cute. My kind of girl ^_^
There should be more girls like her in the world. It would be a better place.

To be honest, I think this whole show is based on the assumption that all of us who love the escapist and all the shows on it, are such losers that this show will succeed simply for the fact that "OH HEY! IT'S PORNSTARS PLAYING D&D!!! THIS IS AWESOME! (drool)", and that's just crap. Can't wait for it to be gone cause it's most likely taking time from some other great series that could be up here.

Weeeeell sir! This is definitely an odd thing. On the plus side though, I've only just started playing D&D and my attempts to convert people to the cause has left me as a persistent DM... this is oddly helpful!

EDIT: Wait a sec?!?! They're porn stars?! Ahhh! That explains the arse shots in the last episiode!! Though it does beg the question of why? Why?! WHY!!? *Ahem*.

"Ok, you're there. Heres what ya got. Its basi...these ruins eee, theres like eeemmm, like a, you know, Graystone and theres a hole in the ground eee like pretty much right where it says, eee the horses wont fit through the hole."

Well thats some atmospheric storytelling.

I think this is fun to watch! I watched the Robot Chicken guys play D&D with one of the creative directors and that was funny as hell. But this even better if you ask me. Very beautiful women and it's so much more raw! Keep makin 'em and I'll keep watching them.

Here's how you know I'm a geek.

I've put more effort into imagining the D&D campaign I'd run them through than I has thinking about any of them naked and sweaty.
hmm...k yeah that's some potent Geekery.

I liked this episode better than the last one, parts were still sporadic and ADD (and I dont' mean 2nd ed) like but bit better than last time.

Mmm spiders.
I have a friend of mine, and she absolutely hates spiders, is terrified of them.
So....I naturally torment her with spiders in every campaign at least once :p

Hey....what? The DM is both the good guy and the bad guy, that's the bad guy doing that not me.

This series needs to get hit by an Axe...
Good lord, this made me laugh for a full minute XD

I haven't watched a second of this show. I find the concept ridiculous, and its very existence is an insult to gamers and geeks everywhere. Shame, Escapist. Shame.

I'm confused, are they slowly trying to turn it into porn? I saw some butt action going on.

Why did they go on the crime spree in the town that allowed them to be extorted into this mission first place ?
.... why did they attack them ?
Umm...because they're playing D&D?
Correct answer :D

Wow this show is generating alot of attention isnt it. Mainly from people critiquing the director or the content or in some cases the players.

a) Do it better yourself.
b) An actual series of a proper D&D game would be 3 hours of people reading books, rolling dice & 2 hours of the DM arguing why they cant fit a horse onto a catapult to fire at the innkeeper starting with the fact the catapult wont fit in the inn in the first place.
c) The players are using the wrong words ? What the hell facist little ego trip did your GM create ? Ignoring that, what an assumption to assume that 'charismaticise them' isnt an injoke, a speech impediment or a language issue. zOMG someone said a word wrong the world will end in fiery doom. Two of my gamers couldnt spell had dyslexia and were not used to using arcane outmoded terminology. Funnily enough we rarely mocked them because we as a group werent ignorant grammar nazis.

Loving the show, I find it laugh out loud funny (I am an old grognard Bearded of Old type :D), and dwelling on minutia of the game engine or nonsense like that would detract significantly.

The only complaint I consider valid is the GM lacking a certain pazazz with flat uninvolved descriptors but bearing in mind, hes surrounded by people, has a camera in his face, has a new player in his group, he probably isnt on best form.

I GMed for about 6 mebbe 7 years non stop & I have burned out every synapse related to clever & concise storytelling on the fly. I cannot GM now for love nor money. I doubt that any of the detractors of this show could managed to get 5 people in a room never mind 5 gamers of a like mind.

Keep up the good work 'I hit it with my Axe' & wheres the T-shirts :D
Let's look at your arguments.

a) This would be a valid comment if these people were unpaid contributors to YouTube. They are not. They are being paid to make this, so we should hold them to a higher standard. They may be going through growing pains, but that's what constructive criticism is for.

b) That would at least be somewhat coherent, and perhaps more entertaining. The editing of this video was disjointed and difficult to understand. Half the video consisted of sentence fragments broken up by segments of the intro music. Then they spliced gratuitous ass shots in there for no reason, other than to remind us that we are, in fact, still watching porn stars playing D&D. The editing would be forgivable if it wasn't obviously intentionally erratic.

c) I'm not really sure what you're talking about there, but I find it odd that you refer to people as fascists (yes, that's how you spell it) right before you declare from your mountaintop which criticisms are valid and which aren't.

I'm glad you like it, and you're welcome to your opinion. Keep on laughing (at what I'm not sure) and I'll continue to be completely confused as to how someone could accept pay for producing this with a clean conscience.

D&D players always have the weirdest relationship with spiders and insects. Throw hundreds of skeletons, zombies or other undead horrors at them and they won't bat an eyelash, but a couple of giant black widows and insect swarms and it becomes "KILL IT WITH FIRE!!!".

Their getting paid ?

How much & from whom exactly ?
Yes, they're getting paid.

By whom? They stated themselves that their sponsor was Reaper miniatures. Also, all video content on the Escapist is paid content, so they're receiving compensation from at least two sources.

How much? I couldn't tell you, but I guarantee you it's enough to at least buy some decent editing software and a tripod.
