I like how it says that 'Many Publishers Club Members have been banned and there is no evidence to suggest that they are refunded.' yet it only cites one user who was banned after they removed their subscription and their PubClub status ran out.

Some people really need to factcheck their claims beforehand.

I noticed this thread got sunk. You guys decide you didn't want these saps mooching anymore publicity?

does have a certain ring of truth to it. But the moderation here is not 'tightassed' at all. If it were, we wouldn't have all those repeat threads, and all of the lovely posters who can't seem to be able to grasp the basic tenets of thinking and typing properly would ridiculed and booted off.

Odd though then that the Escapist forum feels so nice and cozy, while the majority of other forums feel like rabid pig pens.
