100 people is not "alive and kicking". o_O
To the contrary, for a game that was released about nine years ago, 100 people is very much "alive and kicking".

What it isn't is "bustling", "thriving", or any other word that means "heavily populated". "Alive and kicking", on the other hand, means "enough people that you will find many full games across a variety of maps; if you log in at 3 am and look for a game, you will probably find one with enough people to make it worth playing."

Which is about a hundred people, I'd say.

Compare this to... let's say the older Duels of the Planeswalkers, the one that today's release is replacing, the end of that game's cycle featured zero players on matchmaking, after about one year, ish.

That is the step below 'alive and kicking', which is 'dead and buried.'

The multiplayer still seems to be alive and kicking with about 100 people and numerous hosts.

Oh happy day!
Download Knights of the Force mod for it. NOW. If you think the game is good right now, put that mod on and make it beyond good.
