I haven't really thought about it untila few days ago, but I think I'll try something more intricate if I do go. I might try something out of WoW, like :

actually it's not that hard, i can easily make fake skin with cheesecloth in the middle and spirit gum to attach the mask

Me personally, I'm going as Death. I've done it for two years in a cheap costume with a plastic, glow-in-the-dark sickle. This year, I think I'm getting an actual cloth robe and a scythe.

The mask is apparently intimidating enough if you don't see the glasses behind the eye holes.

My Stay Puft Marshmallow Man costume failed last year. The costume looked great, but people wouldn't stop poking my stomach, and these little kids thought I was a hobo. So instead of I'm going as Sir Schmoopy, complete with Petey plush toy and cardboard Jacques. I'm going to try to convince my friends to go as other Escapist characters/people, but I doubt that will happen
