I love Portal 2, but there aren't enough Lemons [http://blog.fileplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Portal-2-Lemons-Wallpaper-1200x800.jpg].

Yeah true, but many of hours were then spent wadering around trying to find things and exploring the other vaults and such.

OT: Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Awesome game, but boss fights! Geez they were terrible!

And damn easy! All you had to do was fully upgrade the explosive revolver and nothing could stand in your way :/

The "talking bosses" were cool though. Unless you had the social mod, but thats what its for! XD
Hmm, I'll give it that. It's quite interesting going for the pacifist achievement, meaning you can only use the tranq and stun guns. (I find the PEPS utterly pointless). It also means you never have to worry about ammo capacity since you only have 2 weapons and you just need to stock up on frags for the bosses.

I also have another one. I love Minecraft, BUT it's going to make me fail my degree if I'm not careful!

I love the Elder Scrolls series, but I hate how I have to wait ages after initial release for the bugs to be past even game breaking stage, let alone all worked out (if that ever happens).
And lately, I love the game Fossil Fighters, but I wish the story had been a little bit deeper. I could seriously tell two of the upcoming plot twists with the introduction of a single character.

I think Skyrim is a pretty good game, but I hate it because I keep restarting and that totally isn't because I'm an indecisive prick.
I feel your pain. I really do.

I love Metro 2033, but the stealth is so broken... And that makes me sad.

I love Tomb Raider,

BUT

Any of them past the PSOne do not star Lara Croft. They star some whiny girl I do not know. HER PARENTS DISOWNED HER. Deal with it.
Actually pretty much this. Except I played them all on the PC up to TR4, which I think was the last really good one. Was that one on the PSOne?

Otherwise, I'd say Uncharted 2 - I love that game, but 1 and 3 didn't totally float my boat, so I can't really say I love the series...

I love Uncharted 3...

BUT...

The story could have been SO. MUCH. BETTER.

Did that pirate reference seem weird and out-of-place? It should, because this post has nothing to do with pirates. Not entirely unlike Uncharted 3 OH FUCKING WAIT. Really, that ship section was fucking incredible, amazing really, from a technical viewpoint. But that only makes it more obvious that it has exactly fuckall to do with the plot. It really wouldn't have been that hard to re-write, either. It such a fucking waste. And that's just the tip of the iceberg!

The whole game, people keep telling Drake that if he doesn't stop this insane quest soon, he's going to cross a line and do something he'll regret, possibly that he'll never be able to take back. It's why characters like Elena and Chloe keep jumping off the Treasure Hunting Train...They know Drake is headed for something HUGE, and they want none of it. But what happens? He sees the Big Pot 'O Demons, sinks it, and escapes the city totally fine. Basically, he gets right up that line, and then turns around and goes home. This makes the ending TOTALLY anti-climactic. So what would I do instead?

By the time Drake and Sully reach the bad guys, they already the Pot up and ready to be opened. There's a gunfight, which ends with Talbot about to kill Sully, and Drake a long ways away. He can shoot Talbot, he's standing on the other side of the Pot. Drake shoots anyway, saving Sully, but in the process releasing the demons. Realizing what he's done, Drake tries to contain his mistake by sinking the city on purpose (preferably with large amounts of explosives), remembering that it's called the City of Brass and the demons were held in a specifically brass vessel. A thrilling escape sequence ensues, but with fucking demons everywhere, and it culminates when Drake sacrifices himself so Sully can escape. Drake sinks with the city and dies, saving the world while accepting the consequences of his actions.

Yes, I HAVE thought about this. Suffice to say, that was the short version of my revised plot.

I love Vampire: Bloodlines, Deus Ex, KotOR, etc. but they needed to finish the game instead of going 80% awesome and dropping the ending to get it out the door.

I loved Fallout 3 when it was my first Fallout game, but after 1, 2, and NV the writing seems terrible and the world seems tiny. Also, at least 3/5 of the DLC was crap.
Meanwhile I love the story, world, and most of the mechanics of Fallout 1 and 2, but the interface is clumsy and they're still horribly glitchy after decades of patching.
And finally New Vegas has a great world and characters, but the main plot is lacking and your character gets absolutely no satisfactory background or motivation. And it's still glitchy, but less so than the other three.

I love Mass Effect (again) but it annoys me that they cut things like same sex romance at the last minute. And the "thermal clips" in the second game are incredibly stupid. For that matter all the things they did to dumb things down and trade rpg elements for shooter mechanics irk me. And the whole Cerberus plotwagon in the second game is stupid; why would I not have stolen the ship, kicked Miranda off at the first inhabitable planet, and flown off on my own instead of working with the terrorists I spent hours eradicating in the first game and losing most of my old friends in the process? And for [insert deity of your choice]'s sake, don't get me started on resource mining...

I love both Portal games wholly and unconditionally. It's good to know somebody will never hurt me.

I really like portal 1 and 2 but I'm getting tired of the cake and lemon meme's.
I love GTA3 (for me the best in the series next to 2) but the later missions are on the edge of ridiculous hard.
I like Half Life 2 but when I found out the amount of stuff that got cut it started to feel incomplete. Also I never got into Episode 2.
I love Killzone for the ps2 but I somehow doubt if I want Killzone 2 and 3.
