I... how do you stay that calm? hell the buzz at the beginning is unsettling enough. thats like those people that insist spiders are amazing pets. kill them all with fire and move on. if you want to raise anything, raise bees. at least tehy do something useful for society.
Spiders eat wasps. That is my sole reason for never unnecessarily killing them. House spiders don't bother me.

I've never had that issue. When I stop watching, it is out of boredom, never fear or disgust.

Dug, did you read the end of the OP?
Oh. Well damn I made of an ass of myself.

OT then.. this video freaks me out.
... ... ... I don't think I'm going to be sleeping tonight... Thanks...

I have seen some really wierd shit, but I won't post it, what dug here has posted is traumatizing enough.

So, I was running through a few MLP episodes tonight (DON'T WORRY IT'S NOT ANOTHER PONY THREAD), and I got to Season 2 Episode 7. When Fluttershy is singing the song about pets and gets to the ones that fly, she says...

...a pet wasp?

I laughed at this before asking myself if people out there actually keep wasps as pets. I made the fatal mistake of Googling "pet wasps", and this video came up:

That video made me so amazingly uncomfortable that I wanted to go to my corner and pray to Daystar almighty that it would all be over.

TLDR: Have you ever been so weirded/creeped out at a video that you couldn't watch it to the end? Please post in spoilers to save bandwidth.
Those are paper wasps, perfectly docile and sociable. Just like bees! :)

I worked with honey bees for a while and the drones are some of the most amusing creatures ever! -_-

I'm not looking for it, but I once saw a .gif of a giant spider molting. It was terrifying.
Ok, I found it:

I only love the third one. The first is okay and the second is dreadful.

But, yes, curse the wasps and stuff!
I actually quite liked the second one.

Granted Randy Couture is about as wooden an actor as they come but still, it's Randy Couture so who cares?

But yeah, I liked the second one. The first one is in my top 20 all time favourites.

Haven't watched the third yet but i'll get to it.

I see Victor Webster, of Mutant X fame, plays Mathayus in that one.

as for the topic, there was this 4chan thread where a guy posted pictures of skullfucking a skull he stole from paris catacombs....
There is something desperately wrong with people who A) do these things and B) happily watch other people do these things.

I've got a friend who, in his own words, has "been on the internet since before there was an internet", and over that time he's built up an absolutely staggering collection of the most impossibly, horribly fucked-up photos, videos and links. Which he insists on sharing. All the time.

We still hang out, because he's a great guy, but I've learned to never, ever click anything he links me to, even if it goes somewhere relatively safe like YouTube. Even if it isn't graphic and disgusting, it'll be weird as fuck :p

Do you think this is strange?
I mean, we already knew that FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR more dangerous animals/insects can be pets, like crocodiles, lions, bears, tarantulas, scorpions, cobras, etc.

No strange at all.

actually, most of the posts in the thread encouraged him to do it. As rare as it happens, 4chan is a place i dont post in. that thing is a monster.

Actually, i got a Eve-Online CEO that repeatedly links to truly weird stuff. first thing i do is a screen it with a borwser that has all flash/scrip/java off and read just the text. if and only if i deem that harmless i would bother loading it to any extent.
you know, after a few days of his linking my youtube started to suggest me in the "videos you may like" the weirdest things....
thankfully its back to normal now.

I once saw the first few seconds of a video about an incredibly long ingrown hair... I say only a few seconds because I didn't know what I was watching and quickly turned it off and am still haunted by it now. Holy crap was it fsdfaefsafbdsueasdjfh.... there are no words, even now.
