Myself being an escapist newbie, I do not fully understand the implications of this "Pony Jam", you speak of. Might someone explain to me what is this "Pony Jam"? I am intrigued.

As much as the fabric of my very being hungers for a pony badge, I would hope that the "fairly difficult" contest is near impossible. If I got one, I would want to know that I truly achieved poniosity, earning the badge, and didn't just have it handed to me.
That is the most ridiculous thing I've ev I am so going to do that.

On a side note, who came up with the new title for 5000 and 10000 posts? the thought of staying gonzo forever didn't particularly appeal to me so I'd like to thank him/her/a group of people.
