After recently getting a PS3, I started playing Assassin's Creed 2 since I had a lot of catching up to do in the Assassin series. So far, fucking love it. Ubisoft did an excellent job with Leonardo da Vinci's character, by far my favorite character so far. I can't help but love how he's like Ezio's best bud ever.
So I just had a rousing adventure with him on our way to Venice, and by the end of it all I get a cut scene of the two saying their goodbyes, no doubt another year before they see each other again. As he held up his arms to give me a hug, a pink square flashed in front of me. I missed the hug quick-time event, and now I feel awful.
I was surprised when I went online and found out that a lot of people missed this as well, sharing my feelings to the point of actually replaying the entire game up to that point. Has that ever happened to anyone else in a game? Something happens that just makes you feel awful, almost to the point of actually replaying the game over again just so you can fix your mistake?
