CHECK THIS OUT....Katamari Forever. Or any katamari game. SEriously, that's a game my then girlfriend introduced to me, and she isn't even a gamer. That's a fantastic game, in coop or simply taking turns.

Sorry if ninja'd, I'm in a bit of rush and haven't read every page. But honestly that's great, even to bring out at parties or to put in the hands of ANYONE who isn't into games...it's just got a magical pull about it (pun not intended, you'll see hehe)

You would be surprised at how great the Gears of war series is for new(ish?) Gamers, especially if you want Co-op

- All aspects of the story are CO-op
- Easy to learn, Hard to master, it's always fun trying to hit those 'active reload' thingies
- Combat is simple, yet pretty fun, pus throw in some ultra violent chainsawing for that perfect 'OHHHHHHHHHHHH' moment
- While the story is all gruff and manley (Grr, gun porn, blood, sci-fi stuff, beards) It's so over the top you can't help but laugh, plus there's some really well wrote dialogue in there
- In the event of a domestic dispute, just flick on the V.s and settle your arguments with chainsaw's at dawn! No but seriously the V.s is fun, even if one player is significantly better than the other

OH and the whole series is SUPER cheap now, it's like £12 for the trilogy, so if it's not enjoyed there's no waste of money!
