You need to set up the so you can say, "my middle name is ", and make the word common enough so that it comes up occasionally in conversation.
So, here's a few ideas:
Awesome
Ready
Sexy
Badass
Wibbly Wobbly, Timey Wimey
Serious
Dangerous
....
You get the picture.

How about John, in honour of the Doctor:
So that would be Samuel John Broderick
Or you could have your named double barelled so you'd be:
Samuel John Smith-Broderick

Anyway, I quite like the name John (or Jon depending) so that's partly why I suggested it.

Or you could go for something even more overtly DW like:

Samuel Thete Borderick
Samuel Omega Borderick
Samuel Tyler Broderick (Ah see what I did there? Reference to Doctor Who and Life on Mars).

Other 'normal' names I could think of are:

Frederic (or however you spell it)
George
Edward
Harry/Harold/Harrison

Hope that helps.

What are you talking about Vash The Stampede?

Allright, sorry, on topic. How about "Joe" as the middle-name? as someone said, use it as J. and be all secretive about and stuff >=D (plus, Joe is a freakin' awesome name... Shame it's not my name =/ )

TimeLord,

Have you gotten your top ten yet?

Hmm, everyone seems to be in a silly mood, maybe asking was counter productive. I donno. I still like the name Marcus though.

Have you asked your parents/relatives and gotten their suggestions?

danger, trouble etc so you could say "danger is my middle name"
Bwaha, I totally ninja'd you!

And to all the people who are saying "Middle names are useless, don't get one, be unique!"
Middle names are awesome, what else is my password going to be?
everyone know nows that from the age of 19, your password will be "danger". i laughed when i read this post though.

I can't use my middlename for most passwords. its "eden"... wait, i'm supposed to keep that relativly secret. but its only because people immediatly say "ha, thats a girls name, you're a big girl!" or something just as uneducated.
i'm fond of "eden", plus, my first name is Samuel (though i hate people calling me that who aren't my best friend or my Dad). My surname is also very unique, quite like yours (Horwell).

so yeah, I recomend eden, its a very pretty name. Or sky... but i don't think it goes well with our first names.
the only problem with getting names such as "akira" is that many people think of the movie, and then assume you're a sad twonk who does nothing but watches anime. which is a shame, its a decent name.

EDIT: Samuel Alexander Broderik. that sounds pretty good i think.

I'd leave it and stay middle name-less. It's unique, I mean, how many people do you know without one?
Where I am it's seems more common to not have one.

OT: What about Samuel Sabaston Brotlov Broderick, or SSBB (Super Smash Bros Brawl) =D.

EDIT: Totally forgot, you could use von! Samuel von Broderick has a ring to it, no?
Personally i've always though "van" has a much nicer ring to it.

Samuel van Broderick.

It's traditional to use a grandparent's name.

Or Walter, fine middle name is Walter.
That's my story, but I feel as though I got shafted with Lee.

Your name should be Samuel God Broderick.

From here on out, sign everything as S. God Broderick.
