I Need A Middle Name!

I don't have a middle name but I'm the third in my family that has douwe (It's a regio name) as it's name.

Im kinda confused. Is that supposed to be region, rego, or some word i havent heard before?
Not normally a spelling angry guy, but i spent more than 30sec trying to work out what it is (and i thought the idea of having a Rego as a family heirloom is pretty cool)

uhhm my name is douwe, it's a name you won't find in an other country as Holland...

Rego is a registration number, but can apply to other forms of licensing on a car.
Do people not say that outside of Aus? :S

To use Von he would have to be a member of the German nobilty, or descended from them. There have never been any such limits regarding the Dutch Van as far as I know.

Ok. here's the back story; I need a middle name... That's it for back story.

My full name is Samuel Broderick.

But I want a middle name, I have always wanted a middle name and being 19 and thus old enough to change my name in the UK I need suggestions on what it could be.

As much I would like to change my surname. My parents say they would disown me if I did. Which is fair enough. So that's off the table.

So, thoughts?

Change it to James, thats my middle name.

Its a step-grandparent of mine who was in the Hitler Youth. I don't know why the hell my parents named me after him, but they came to regret it some years later when that guy's Nazi attitudes started becoming more apparent to them. I think my middle name might have gotten changed though... I don't remember.
