I don't really know anything that's generally insulting...
... perhaps shouting their own nationality/gender/religion/race at them? Don't know why people get offended by calling them that. Some people get offended by fact.

Excellent word, because it sounds terrible, but no-one will no what it means (it means vulture). Also, blunger, which is technically a kind a of spatula used in working clay (I think) but sounds great when you insult someone with it.
There's also anserine, which means goose-like or stupid, and slumgullion, which has a variety of meanings.

Call them a pedant? Or, a person comprised completely of Sophiphobic matter, so opposed to knowledge that their very essence and proximity counters intelligence, and therefore spreads the vast plethora of ignorance that plagues the world like a swarm of locusts, so intent on destroying everything they find? Call them a philistine, and a plebeian, and a lout, rooted in the very scum and muck of the earth, born of the dross found subsiding at the bottom of a septic swamp, mired in repugnance, unpleasantness, and possessing of a mouth that spumes the very most loathsome and contemptuous aspects of all cognizance.
