Yes, it does. Let me clarify, I was referring to MSOT when I said Marine Special Operations. Both MSOT and Force Recon fall under MARSOC.

I don't know about experience with that specifically, but as a stubborn person I can say the best way I would be convinced is by the simple facts.
There are a million studies out there that you can show him that plainly state that you are not only at risk of hurting yourself, but are also getting less efficient training with the method he seems to be applying.
