theres this girl at school(lets call her JEN) whenever i talk to Jen i get nervous and start to sweat like i just ran a marathon, and she will always starts to giggle and laugh. does that mean she's into me or should i give up. FYI at lunch her and her friends will talk about me.

You want to know a good way to get over that nervousness? Try to talk to her more often and in short bits every now and then (the less you say the less likely you will say something ridiculous or dumb). And the more often she sees/talks with you the more she'll become accustomed to your presence. That said it does pose a risk of being friend zoned so be careful. Just when you think you can talk to her without being nervous anymore just let her know how you feel, the worst thing she can say is she doesn't feel that way about you and if that happens don't dwell on it move on and don't be afraid to have her as a friend, just make sure it's a healthy friendship and not a one sided one. Not everyone out there is going to like you for you, but someone will.

Pretty much go with the above advice, just try not to be too upset if you get friend zoned, trust me I know it will be difficult if you do but know I understand how it feels to be friend-zoned

Hate to be the negative nancy here, but I don't think you can determine if she likes you from just that, she may just be having a good giggle at how awkward you are around her and may be sharing that with her friends, just because they're talking about you doesn't mean its necessarily all lovey dovey "oh I hope he asks me out one day *swoon*" stuff.

But! If you like her, go for it. See if you can overcome the anxiety when you speak to her and when you feel a bit more relaxed around her, ask her out for a drink or meal and some bowling or a movie or whatever.
