I need help with finding a song...

I've had a song lyric repeating in my head for bloody forever, and I need help finding the song and getting it out of my head. I remember only a couple things about this song and how the lyric fits in.

1. It's kinda rock, punk rock...it has the same feeling along the lines of "Animal I have become" and "Monster" by Skillet.
2. The lyric comes up near the end, a instrumental plays after it along with something said at the end that I can't remember FTL of me.
3. "I'll just stand there (waisting away?) I'll do nothing at aaaaallllll" is the lyric I remember.


If you can help me, I'd greatly appericiate it ;~;

Closest thing I can think of off the top of my head, and Google-Fu is failing me.

If that does happen to be it, then I've got a funny little anecdote in that Crossfade's song "Cold" was one I heard late at night on the radio once and searched a few years until I managed to find what the song was actually called.

Speaking of searching for ancient things half remembered, I've been trying to track down an anime I saw many moons ago. It was dubbed in Spanish and the only details I remember are the protagonist were a pair of kids, possible brother & sister, and a large warship crewed by mind wiped sailors. Its been my white whale for 20 years.
