I need me some Fallout 3 Mods

So I bought the Fallout 3 GotY a while back on PC, after having finished it and feeling mightily disappointed the first time on PS3. I played for a while then got inundated with a pile of new shiny games which I have ONLY just finished. And I want to get back into Fallout 3 but I want some mods too. But there are just SO MANY I have no idea where to start.

So if you guys could suggest a few of the better ones, barring super realism ones etc, that'd be cool.

Personally, I made my own [http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2912], simply to tweak the balance and address a few things that bothered me about the game.

But it really depends on what you want to do. Make the game more challenging? Deeper? Prettier?

What kind of mods? I look for mods that add cool weapons and outfits to the game. Have fun. Mind you, please read the guide to adding mods if you are a newbie to it

Get the weapon mods mod. (Allows you to add silencers, extended clips, scopes, etc... to guns)

Let me put it this way: It was so well received, it's being officially put into New Vegas.
