This could be completely bypassed with one Leupold, sell plastic bags and include the drug as a gift. No law in giving somebody an unknown substance.
By 'Leupold' I presume you mean 'Loophole'? Anyway, this would still be illegal if the drug is a controlled substance and most medical substances are.
Thank you for the correction
Unless the po po have a warrant they can't confiscate something that they have no proof of what it is to do a test of whats in it.
Actually I don't think that's correct, I believe that the police have a right to confiscate any suspected controlled substance and the individual only has a right to file a claim to get the item back.
Not sure about that where you live (I dunno if you live in Canada or not); but in Canada police have to have a warrant to perform anything more than a pat-down (To my knowledge).

Regular police, yes, but Narcotics detectives (which would be working on a case involving a controlled drug) are allowed to take the drug if it's even suspected that it's a controlled substance.

PedoBear is correct. In the case of drugs, if you're even suspected of carrying, then the police can search you.
Also, if you're selling anyway and the police see you, you're going to be searched and most likely detained.

Either way you've put it OP, you'll be doing an illegal act. There's no way around it. Even if I sold people my legal drugs (drugs like prescripted pain killers) then I would be arrested for drug trafficking.

If you need to pay for a subscription then you'll need a steady job. Maybe McDonalds is hiring.

Yes, I am aware of the license issue; but the drug I'm selling was just formulated about a month ago; so there is no legal stance on it. I could get arrested for trafficing it; but I wouldn't be charged with anything seeing as how it wouldn't hold up in court - because it's a new drug; and hasn't been in the hands of any form of law enforcement or government.

I'm careful anyways - even if I was selling an illegal drug; it's not likely I would be caught.
This seems very, very unlikely to me. I could be wrong and you may know more about this than me, but as far as I know the FDA has to approve all consumable products before they can legally be sold by anyone, so if there's no FDA approval and you're caught selling it then that's very illegal and totally court admissible. If there is FDA approval then you'll need a license to sell it if it's possible to cause negative effects with the drug (i.e. overdosing, as is possible on virtually all drugs that motivate the body to respond in any way): illegal again.

Actually in Europe (and probably America too) it is illegal to give drugs. If you do not have the proper license it's illegal to distribute drugs (medical or not) in any way.

And if it's a medical drug that you'll be selling illegally I'll personally go over to where ever you are and punch you. I hate people that sell medical drugs like that companies and people spent a lot of money and a lot of hard work to make those drugs and the pharmacists have to endure countless idiots trying to scam drugs out of them and junkies robbing the pharmacy eugh. I just hate them.
I'm a pharmacology student if you hadn't picked that up.
