i need some help finding a movie

Hey everyone, I'm trying to find a movie that Moviebob talked about in one of his reviews. It was one of the little side tangents he goes on occasionally. it was some kind of zombie movie where the infected started growing spikes or threads or something. and info could help here, its driving me crazy.

That's the thing. I can't remember which one. I remember him saying he liked it. The scene I remember him showing is two guys in a gas station and one's arm is infected and the infection brakes his arm by folding it backwards. but other than that I can't remember.

the review for this movie wasnt very long as it as jut one of those "hey check this out" reviews instead of the main review. it wasnt terribly recent, and ive told everything i remember about it.
