Okay, so here's my problem. I was assigned summer homework. I've finished the math and history but i can't read those damn books!
In retrospect i shouldn't have waited until the last week to start the homework, but oddly enough i have learned my lesson. So, the purpose of this thread is this: Please help me finish my homework that's due on Monday.
I know the majority of you are thinking "Why should I, it's your dumbass fault." And true, it is my dumbass fault but i am begging you, please bail me out on this.
Well, if any of you are nice enough, here's what i need
A basic bullet summary of the plots of The Crucible and The Scarlet Letter
Descriptions of the main charecters and relation to other charecters for the same books
A description of the themes
The setting and it's significance
Key metaphors or symbols
Information about the period it was written in
Identify the genre
Significant details about the author
3 adjectives to describe main charecter
Purpose of each main charecter
If the charecter is round or flat
And 3 topics or questions for discussion

I know this is alot to ask, hell it's way to much to ask. But if you have read The Crucible or The Scarlet Letter and you could answer just one of those questions you would be a huge help
If you haven't read the books or don't want to help, could you please give me a good notes site where i could find all this?
I am sorry for asking so much and thank you in advance.

Sparknotes.com usually helps. I know I used it instead of reading, most of the time.

The Crucible is an easy read, but the scarlet letter is down right painful. Good luck.

Also, what the hell kind of school assigns summer homework?

Ya, Summer homework is where I would draw the line and tell them to fuck off....

Unless of course I was taking summer classes for some reason..

But in retrospect you should of probably gotten that shit done two months ago

Just read The Crucible. It actually gets pretty interesting. The Scarlet Letter, however, was by far one of the most deathly boring books I've read.
