The song that came immediately to mind was "Close My Eyes Forever" by Lita Ford & Ozzy Osbourne.

Does Rainbow count? They're more hard rock but it's Ronnie James Dio and Richard Blackmore in a band together...

I'm drawing a blank beyond this, aside from maybe some Van Halen if you count that. Basically everything else I can think of and then some has been mentioned.

These probably aren't all in the genre/theme requested, but hopefully the majority are:

Seems to me most of their music is about love in one fashion or another. Other tracks include Close to the Sky, We Can Not Fly So High, Stop My Heart, and The Game.

Also I Live

Other options include Forever, All For You, The Promise, Call Me, Sailing Away, and Her Kiss

Also With One Voice, Let Me In Again, and Chances

Ayreon - Day 11:Love
Delain - Stay Forever
Diablo Swing Orchestra - Velvet Embracer
Bloodflowerz - Til The End
Krypteria - Eyes of a Stranger, Will You Be There For Me?, Run to You, and I'll Bring the Devil Down
Lord Of The Lost - Til Death Us Do Part

I'll second Kamelot - The Haunting, but I'm amazed nobody has said it yet. The absolute best of them all is Opeth - Soldier of Fortune. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2a6LyIYYok

80's glam metal is probably your best bet for this, so I'd recommend (even though some of these are about break-ups, they are still 'love songs'):

-Every Rose has its thorn, Poison.

-All she Wrote, Firehouse (hell, basically anything by Firehouse).

-Don't know what you got (till it's gone), Cinderella.

-After the Rain, Nelson.

-Alone Again, Dokken.

-Turbo Lover, Judas Priest.

-Livin' on a prayer, Born to be my baby, and I'll be there for you, all by Bon Jovi.

-Is this Love, Whitesnake

-Scorpions, Send me an Angel.

-Heart of Stone, Europe
