I actually liked the Bayified story, sans the finishing of the fight. I also enjoyed 4, probably one of my favorite single player stories, felt It should have ended there. But back on topic good, send a message, I suggest picking up something you wouldn't normally try instead.

FUCK TREYARCH!

Besides that, no, I don't want the game. I loved CoD/2/4/MW2.

I despised WaW. I think it was the last WW2 shooter I've seen (THANK GOD), and I hope the modern combat trend will end soon as well.

Can I PLEASE get my WW1 game, guys?
Any WW1 game would consist of sitting in a hole until your feet rot off and then watching all your friends die around you as you bleed to death after your failed attempt at charging the enemy trenches.

There WERE WW1 survivors who were in those situations. And playing through AND surviving through an intense war like that would make for a damn good game.

COD 4 is still one of my favorite shooters. MW2 just kinda pissed me off, story wise/multiplayer. At least the online wasn't as broken as BCBF2 was on the pc

the Only part of it that makes me want it is the fact that its based in the cold war(I love the history surrounding the cold war) but then I realise that they probobly wont use the cold war for its history but rather use it so they can be like "RUSSIANS ARE BADGUYZ" again. also I see its being done in the MW style which im not a fan of. I will probobly pick it up used eventually more for my love of the coldwar and treyarch(hope this game dosnt kill me repect for them)

I'm not eagerly awaiting the release but I may get it eventually, depending if my friends do. Anyways at the time I should be playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, so I should be content.

I agree, I prefer to take it to the extreme though. I prefer Unreal Tournament and it's totally over the top style to even semi realistic CoD.

Meh, maybe much later in life. Like when I'm thirty and pick it up in a bargain bin and say "Hmm, maybe I'll play this this weekend."

Call of Duty stopped being fun after CoD2. 3 and up are just terrible. Black Ops is a new installment to a recently formed mountain of crap.

The only Treyarch COD I bought was 3. God I regretted that.

I don't blame for losing interest if the games aren't what you have in mind. I personally will probably get it because it's the same team that made CoD: World at War, which was pretty fun (at least I think it's the same team).

The story is probably going to be 6 hours of bullshit storytelling (albeit with some interesting set pieces).
Based on the multiplayer trailer, the multiplayer is basically a new Modern Warfare 2 map pack. With an RC car.
Fuck no I am buying this game.

No. I'll be happy with Reach, Civ 5, Marvel vs. Capcom 3, and Kirby Epic Yarn.

Black Ops does look interesting, and I may give it a rent, but I will not buy unless my mind is completely blown, which I doubt will happen.

What in the

Why would you want to experience trench warfare? That would be the most boring FPS in existence.

Formula:

Sit in trench. Fire once every few hours. Lob a few grenades. Wait days for artillery to arrive. Get the order to charge. Have order belayed, but the message isn't recieved before the suicide charge is made. Thousands die.

See: Gallipole (spelling?)

Maybe. I'll see what my friends have to say about it.

But I saw an SR-71 Blackbird in that trailer. If I can fly that, then it will totally be worth it.

^This. Personally I enjoyed the MW2's single player although it was criminally short. However, the co-op made up for it as it was one of the funnest things to do ever with my best mate for a while (and on my own just for screwing around).

Black Ops? Sorry, I'll have to try it, after playing Battlefield: Vietnam again recently, I'm waiting for someone competent to try and give another go at trying to beat it. Sadly I'm doubting it as the MP of the two games are entirely different (I much prefer the Battlefield system and am really sad no one seemingly makes those kind of games anymore).
