I spend more time researching about games than playing them?

So lately I have been noticing that I have been spending a lot more time watching YouTube videos or twitch than playing games myself. For example, I like to watch a lot of video game reviews and people who do lets plays for a few hours. However I can only play a video game myself for about 30 minutes to an hour before I get bored and go back to watching gameplay footage on YouTube. Is there a way that I can fix this? Does anyone else have this problem?

Yep, me sadly.
If I play a game and I see is a piece of sh*t, I just watch some videos to see the ending or something like that.
However I really like to make many Lists in Pinterest and Listal for many kind of subjects, not only for Videogames.
It is very enjoyable I must say :3

I don't see this as a problem at all. Some let's players have a sort of 'value-added' service, where their commentary is more entertaining than the actual game is, and/or they can turn an otherwise boring game into something quite interesting.

I will check those sites next. Sounds interesting.

Last really boring game I ended up putting 100 hours into was Skyrim. Really. I thought it boring as heck. Then, I discovered mods. With the mods, granting me all abilities, have the Death Star where the moon had been, etc., it became a blast.
