Managed to get my entire immediate family into Doctor Who. We kinda stopped watching after 11 though.

Got my sister in to Gravity Falls and I was convinced by a friend to watch it too.

A friend of mine recommended me to watch the affair and I wasn't sure but then I gave it a try and was totally hooked. I talked said friend into watching the first season of true detective and she loved it.

I've pestered- erm, i mean... told a co-worker about the Warhammer 40k tabletop and that he might like it (he's into sci-fi, board games, pen & paper etc.). He was sceptical and stubborn... but now he's the proud owner of a ca. 3000 pts Necrons army, ca. 3000 pts Eldar army and waaaaay too many Space Marines.

The Emperor would be proud.

A woman i dated in college talked me into going to the renaissance fair.
proceeded to drink plenty of beer and have a blast.

My cousin talked me into smoking pot as a kid.
loved it. still do.

My sister talked me into doing some target practice with some handguns/rifle
had a blast.
