Even after watching videos on it I cant

I initially had problems against Mike Tyson, but found Mecha Birdo a breeze. One of my friends, however was the exact opposite, he could beat Mike easily, but I had to beat Birdo for him (got it on my 3rd try for him).

Mike Tyson I can do in my sleep now, Mecha Birdo was a breeze but it will take me probably 5 tries, but Dracula was a beep!
