Well obviously you have low Karma j/k Life's not fair get used to it. The reason for you being an arse is because its because of video games. As I said before, using video games for an excuse will not get you anywhere in life. Just say you wan to do you work. Assuming your gaming system/s is in your room, just push play!

I'm not being an arse, I've just got something I'd rather do that's being blocked out by something no-one in their right mind would want to do.

Nor did I say I was using the games to get me anywhere, I'd just prefer to have a nice long session for the first time in a while. You know, like all gamers like to?

ya know, if you don;t want to go then just don;t go. It really is that simple. I was asked to go to my brothers birth. Yes, birth, almost 2 years ago. I forget what game t was, but I remember feeling really happy playing it, knowing that if I had just sucked up like my family told me, I would've been sitting in a hospital for a few hours thinking about the game. Then whne they brought my brother home, I had plenty of time to ogle his cuteness, and I had had my fill of game.
