Iv been terrified of driving most my life and only just stared a a week ago after getting my drivers license and today someone rear ended me. Scared me shirtless.

The guy who hit me didn't even have a drivers lisense and he was driving his bosses car who came down there.

I got all there info but they are greasy as hell.

Damage was mostly a few scratches and a ding to the bumper.

Im not really sure what I should do or if i should report it or not.

Any advice would really help me out from my fellow escapists.

Hi there, apologies if this winds up riddled with typoes but I'm typing on my phone.
First off, hopefully you're unhurt?
I can't speak as an expert on US traffic law, but in the UK (and the state of Maryland, from my brief googling) it's a requirement that you report an accident to the police if one of the drivers has no license. I would imagine that is fairly common across the US, so it may be a requirement that you give the police a statement and the details you got at the roadside, even if there were no injuries or if the vehicular damage was superficial.
After that, if I were in your shoes, I'd inform my insurance, even if I don't intend to make a claim. Particularly as you now have a reported crime associated with it, in my opinion it's better for your insurance to find out from you (particularly as the accident isn't your fault) than to work it out later.
Hopefully that helps a bit.

Minor fender benders can turn out to be a lot more than that given time. At the very least I would have the car looked at to ensure that the impact didn't affect anything else.

I was actually in the car when my girlfriend had her first accident. It was, legally, mostly her fault. She made the dumb decision (though I love her to death) to try and turn in an intersection when clearly those going forward have the right of way. Banged corners with a crossing driver.

She freaked out, backed up, continued turning left, and then slowly crawled forward while she desperately thought of what she was supposed to do. I told her she should probably stop (I don't have a license, so admittedly I was just as lost in the situation), but she kept going forward since her house was just down the road. Predictably the other driver followed us, and called the cops in the process, probably thinking we were trying to get away with it on purpose or something.

Luckily, the cop let her off with a warning, since it was her first accident and she was still relatively new to driving, but he was adamant about the fact that we should have stopped and reported the accident almost immediately.

Driving is terrifying. My original excuse for not getting a license was because I didn't have a car, and we had no spare one for me to drive, so I wasn't going to make the effort until I knew I had financially secured myself.

Now I have a car, and still no license. I'm just too afraid. Not because I don't trust myself, I've studied the handbooks front to back and have driven before (on back roads) multiple times, demonstrating I have good control and understanding of how the vehicle works. I'm mostly terrified of other people. Everyone wants to rush, for no good reason. My social anxiety can barely handle basic social interactions, let alone after the stress of an accident.
