....so years and years back, while at an arcade in Fort Collins, CO I stumbled upon an arcade game called "Savage Quest" that let you play as a mother Tyrannosaurus in a side-scrolling beat-em-up (of sorts) as she rampaged around killing and feeding on other dinosaurs to keep her "hunger meter" full.
I was astounded and played the game every time we went to the arcade. But one day I came back and it was gone, replaced by a cabinet of some stupid Deer Hunting game. I was devastated and for years and years I tried to find that game again just to play it one more time, but to no avail. So, recently I was reminded of it and looked it up online and found that there was a rumor from waaay back about a Dreamcast port of the game that never came to fruition.
I would KILL to see this game re-released on Xbox Live or PSN as an arcade title. But sadly this will most likely NEVER happen.
So, fellow escapists do you have any favorite long forgotten Arcade (or otherwise) games that you wish you could play again?
On a side note, I would love to see the "Jurassic Park: Lost World" lightgun game also released on XBL or PSN as well.
