Put all the questions up on a page but have them PM you the answers. Disregard any entries on the page itself, and if possible get a member of the moderation staff to delete any posts with the answers in them. Whoever gets the most right wins. If more multiple people get the highest number of correct answers then you pick one at random (use a dice or something, pull names out of a hat etc). Once you have your winner send them a PM with the code.
You want a time limit too. I'd say around 24 hours, give plenty of people a chance to see it and if interested post in it. When the time is up make an announcement so there are no late entries, and people don't wine about not being considered etc.
Then announce the winner, celebrate, you get major props for being awesome, and we all get cake.
But like i say, make some of the questions incredibly hard. It makes people go back and play through the game again, to find them. When the stargate user group had its quiz, i ended up going through loads of my stargate DVDs trying to find the answers xD Had a great time doing it too.
