I won 5 anime DVDs in a Twitter competition set by Manga. I haven't got around to watching any of them yet though. I also won £50 on a lottery scratch card whilst at work.

I won a copy of Pokemon LeafGreen from KidsWB which was great because I couldn't afford it. I also won a copy of Call of Duty: Black Ops, but I sold it to a friend, because I didn't really want it. The other day I won a free digital Star Wars comic, not really the same as those other things, but still nice.

The best thing I`ve won was quite a long time ago, went to a circus, and used some lottery-thingy, got a nice fluffy toy. Tho the odds of getting it were pretty low, as i understand.

I entered a competetion in the paper to win a NES and got the top prize back in 1987. I won a Shiny new NES. Duck hunt and a zapper, Gyromite and R.O.B. I could have been happier even though i was only 3.......dam i started playing games at a young age!
I've never won anything on the luck of draw, I must say. Been racking my brains for a good 10 minutes trying to remember anything that I've won. Nothing.
Maybe it's because I hardly ever enter contests which are to do with luck.
I've won plenty of creative writings and sporting events though. My most memorable is winning this tournament with my school's football team and scoring the winning goal - it was only memorable because my school's football team had never won anything prior and we went down in History. Haha.

As for the best thing I've won? Escapist March Mayhem 2011 Runner up prize ^^
I'm still amazed that I won it and also slightly suspicious of it (like it's going to burst into flames or vanish at some point)
It's enabled me to take full advantage of steam sales as I can now play tons of stuff I couldn't.
It also stops me getting the powerful electric shocks my old faulty laptop used to give me.

Best thing I won was 50 dollars from an art competition when I was 10.

I was accepted into this really cool program called ASRA which was basically 2 weeks of my summer spent at the university of Fairbanks where I learned how to build an under water submarine then competed with it, since mine was the best I guess you could also say I won that although since I made it myself I don't know if you could say its a prize... I guess you could say the knowledge of how to make kick ass remote control submarines was my prize? Oh I wasn't just accepted though, I got a full scholarship in order to go which I guess only 11 other people did throughout all of Alaska each for a different branch of science.
