if I've been kidnapped.
if I'm somehow stranded on the moon.
ok haha seriously ummm...
if it seems like I'll be done with it in a week or less.
if it's a fps... so bored of those
if it's any version of the Sims
If its too much like a game I own, played or love. If its too exploitative or hyper-masculine. I just wanna try it out and I can rent it. If it's a remake when the original had good controls.
... it didn't feature an intelligent storyline. I'm just one of those people that can't sit around and play Tetris for a few hours; that's just not my idea of fun. If I'm going to buy, and indeed play a game, I want it to make me think, to be smart. Like Silent Hill 2. Or MGS2, provided the gamer played over and over again until they understood what the hell was going on.
Most people just seem to be posting to say they won't buy a game if it's crap. Bit obvious, but ok.
Another thing that makes me curious is that a lot of people have been commenting on the gameplay and story, which you wouldn't know unless you actually played it.
-if the single player story is short, seriously i saw a review for a game where
the single player story was 3 hours...WTF?!
-Music/Rythm game
-sacrifices singleplayer for multiplayer or vice-versa
it's over £20. me likes me bargains. i would get Red Steel 2 and, though i heard from a friend it can be bought from his local Asda for £20, that's still a bit much
