If you could choose everything about a future partner, how would they act/look etc.

My personal ideal? I'm not too fussed aslong as he is intelligent and a nice guy. Sense of humour wouldn't hurt either. Oh and he'd have to have a certain love for gaming xD
Looks don't come into it. I don't care.

I think we are all going to reach a general agreement over what our ideal future partner would be.

Here is a list of Rudolf Valintino's (one of Hollywoods first major movie stars) list of top ten attributes for the perfect women- (note he is writing from the 1920's.)

1)fidelity
2)recognition of the supreme importance of love
3)Intelligence
4)Beauty
5)A sense of humour
6)Sincerity
7)An appreciation of good food
8)A serious interest in some art/trade/hobby
9)Old fashioned and full hearted acceptance of monogamy
10)Courage

I i agree with a a fair few of his points and disagree with others. I think point 8 is a good feature that is rarely mentioned by others who list what they look for in women.

4 and 7 aren't that important to me, but otherwise I think it's just about the same, honestly. I expect most of the same things I'm putting into a relationship in return.

This might sound icky but I'm marrying my ideal partner in two weeks. We're a couple for over 9 years now and the funny thing is that when she thinks about, I'm actually nothing like the "ideal partner" she had in mind before we met. A strange thing called love huh

I already have my perfect partner, She's artsy, funny, likes gaming and rather fond of "snuggles".
I'm happy.
